There are different levels (or types) of awareness that I find are needed in order to master life. Without awareness, we can’t even start to solve any problems we have because you don’t know what you don’t know. Once one becomes aware, then one can do something about it, and that awareness is already half the battle. Most people are so unaware; either because of mass media control, substance abuse (pharmaceuticals, alcohol, fast food, drugs, etc) and ignorance, or a lack of tools, insights, and understandings.

In this video, I go a bit into detail about the the kinds of awareness one can develop from the inside out, and why it’s important to develop such skills… even if you’re not a zen monk or secret agent.

Finally I offer one last take-away advice in order to get back control of your mind and happiness. It’s pretty simple, but unfortunately so prevalent most never take the leap. Though most of the smartest and happiest people I know have all done this one little thing, or at least agree.

I took few minutes alone today to make myself aware of me and my surrounding based on these 4 types of awareness and what I found that I know very little about me, my family, my people, and the world I live in. It is so scary. I have known nothing yet!

Wow thanks so much man! That means a lot. I plan on doing a lot more videos, so rest assured with that. I’m not necessarily limiting my time, I just used to tend to ramble on and on, so I’m practicing delivering the same message in a more concise way.

That’s so awesome! Awareness is such a key, and even being aware that you’ve been unaware is a huge realization. So cool.
